I have not had the opportunity to use the Epoxy, but will do so soon. Excellent customer service from Upstart. FedEx dropped the Epoxy package at the drive through gate to my shop parking area. A vehicle backed out of the lot and over the package crushing it. An almost impossible task as the driver barely missed hitting the gate post. I contacted Upstart with the details of what had happened, with photos. Upstart very promptly replaced the destroyed order. Now that is EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE>
