gives you a step by step guide on how to make these one-of-a-kind Cookie Monster Epoxy Side Tables! Bundle the items from the project and receive a discount!
How much mica powder do I add to the mixture?
Start with a small amount and gradually add more, until you achieve the opacity desired. It's not recommended that you use more than 3 grams of mica powder to each gallon of epoxy.
How much Deep Pour do I use?
Matt used 2.5 Gallons of deep pour for this project. The cookies shown are approximately 18" in diameter. If your side tables are a different size, you can use our FREE calculator to calculate exactly how much deep pour epoxy you will need.
What type of legs did Matt use?
16" Black Mid-Century Modern legs from the brand Orgerphy
What size are the tables?
Approximately 18" in diameter and 18" tall with the legs attached
Where do I get the wood?
Matt got his cookies for this project the old fashioned way...by making them himself! We recommend checking your local Facebook Marketplace for the best deals on pre-cut cookies. If you can't find any good local options, some of our favorite online wood suppliers are The Lumber Shack and Woodworkers Source.
Should I use live ammunition or casings?
We recommend using casings for this project instead of live ammunition
